Position: Speech Therapist

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Gather background data, review referrals, selects and modifies evaluation tools, and evaluates patients determining the level of patient’s physical and psychosocial functioning
- Re-evaluate patient’s progress during treatment at appropriate intervals, recommend, acquire, and modify necessary adaptive equipment to improve patient’s independence
- Supervise therapy assistants as appropriate
- Evaluating outcomes
- Educate patients and/or families about safe, proper techniques to use with all aspects of Speech Therapy
We Are Looking for Someone who has:
- A “Can DO!!!” positive attitude
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association; Licensed to practice in the State of Ohio.
- Experience: Minimum of one year in an acute care setting.
- Two years’ experience in Home Health preferred
- A current Ohio Driver's License
- Active Car Insurance
