Avalon View Health & Wellness is a busy 140 bed skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility with beautiful rehabiltition space including a spacious gym, functional ADL spaces and proximity to our skilled wing. We are getting ready for a big renovation of the therapy spaces in the next year. Our facility campus contains a locked memory unit, a skilled rehab to home wing, and a large long term care population. We have a compassionate and dedicated nursing team who collaborates with therapy, and a fun, high energy in-house therapy team with veteran therapists who are dedicated to our residents and patients and improving their quality of life. Our facility administrator is very supportive, dynamic and always available to assist the therapy team and provide resources to improve the quality of the programs our therapists are able to deliver.

We are looking for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated staff. We seek an SLP who is a self-motivated healthcare professional with a passion for thinking out of the box, developing patient center clinical progamming, and providing outstanding care to meet the diverse needs of our patients. Our director of rehabilitation is an SLP who is able to provide CF supervision for recent graduates.

Requirements of the job:

· Valid state license

· Completion of accredited therapy program

· Some experience in a skilled nursing setting is a plus but we welcome therapists with all levels of experience to apply.
