We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of middle and high school students. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students' progress.
- Maintain accurate and organized student records.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
- Stay current on best practices and advances in the field of speech-language pathology.
- Support and advocate for students' munication needs.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- DE state licensure as an SLP.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or CFY.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
