Speech Language Pathologist - SLP - Speech Therapist - 8am-4pm M-F

Join the Eyas Landing speech therapy team as we grow our Merlin Day Academy program! Merlin Day Academy is Eyas Landing's newest innovative program designed to provide education and therapeutic intervention for neurodivergent children.
We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist - SLP to join our team of top pediatric speech specialists for a full-time caseload. Ideal Speech Therapist SLP candidates should be interested in developing their clinical skills using evidence-based, speech therapy interventions in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative setting through one-on-one and group speech therapy sessions with children and adolescents, providing family support and team collaboration.
Our Speech LanguagePathologists' (SLP) Day to Day - No Treatment after 4pm!
- Maintain a caseload of individual speech therapy sessions, small group speech therapy sessions and daily case management tasks.
- Complete daily speech treatment notes, daily data input and analysis, evaluations, plan of care documents and other documentation as needed for speech therapy.
- Participate in on-going collaboration with the client's team and family including weekly emails, phone calls and in person discussions.
- Participate in on-going collaboration and mentorship with speech therapy department, including a team of more than 8 speech therapists!
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and families by providing parent education, home programs, and parent support as needed to promote Speech Language development.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Education Requirements:
- Licensed Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Masters degree or Doctorate in Speech and Language Pathology preferred
- Experience working with neurodivergent children is a plus
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The working environment may at times be busy with small groups of children and individual sessions with children while other clients/therapists are present. Physical requirements include:
- Ability to lift at least 35 lbs, including but not limited to lifting children, therapy equipment etc.
- Ability to walk and/or run if needed to keep clients safe.
- Ability to implement behavior management techniques, based on training provided by the company.
- Ability to use hands and arms to prepare and perform required therapy tasks.
- Ability to utilize keyboard, desktop, and ipad to complete documentation required for funders.

Eyas Landing is an outpatient, multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic. Our Merlin Day Academy program provides students with autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neuro-diverse learning needs ages 6 to 14 an intensive, individualized educational environment that cultivates relationship-based, family-centered care to strengthen educational and functional skills for students to become active, successful participants in their community. Our collaborative team of therapists and educators provide special education and occupational therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), developmental therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, language therapy, nutrition, and feeding therapy services.
