The Specialist/Buyer, Supply Chain will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and tracking work orders and purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of components, WIPs, and finished goods for core replenishment. The Specialist/Buyer, Supply Chain will work closely with our Logistics team, Supply Planning, and DC Ops team to help ensure we hit our on-hand inventory targets that align with our Global Forecast.
WHAT YOU DO:
- Purchasing - Work Order and Purchase Order Management:
- Issue and maintain the entire lifecycle of work orders and purchase orders in NetSuite.
- Maintain PO status, dispatch dates, quantities, etc. in ERP (NetSuite).
- Review reporting to ensure components are ordered at the right time, at the right price for kitting and building open work orders.
- Obtain shipping documents and Certificate of Analysis (COA) from suppliers to receive POs and build WOs when items are ready for dispatch/pick-up at contract manufacturers.
- Coordinate logistics for pick-up and delivery of components, WIPs, and finished goods.
- Review POs for vulnerable/at-risk/out of stock SKUs. Work with vendors and teams to reprioritize vendor POs to support and improve back-in-stock dates.
- Vendor Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely procurement of components, WIPs, and finished goods.
- Conduct weekly vendor meetings and review vendor updates on Open Order Report (OOR). Update ERP and communicate impactful delays to internal teams.
- Work with vendor to understand, support resolution and/or communicate changes in dispatch to internal teams.
- Monitor lead time adherence to keep all parties accountable for on-time deliveries.
- Ensure vendor compliance to our specifications and issue credit memos when non-conformances occur.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in purchasing, procurement, or Supply Chain related roles.
- Must possess excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with NetSuite (ERP), a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
The expected base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $77,000.00. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
