Within Finance NCE, Service BPM (Business Performance Management) it’s the team who act as finance partner of the Service NCE Organization. responsible for more than 20b€ backlog and 500m€ EBIT its the core of the financial stability in Vestas Worldwide. Responsibilities
- Finance Partner for Regional and Service Management ensuring efficient reporting and communication of the financial metrics aiming full understanding of them by the business, promote business decisions based on these financial metrics including a strategic vision on them, keep compliance and audit requirements, provide first financial support in all business developments and financial requests (Tax, Accounting etc), promote best practice sharing and benchmarks across region, promote risk assessment and approval (check and challenge) of the sales deals (precalcs) and lead and coordinate all the planning activities (Forecast, Budget and Strategy Exercises)
- Bridge between Group and Region in relation to financial drivers as Financial Reporting, Compliance/Audit updates, planning activities and Financial Governance
- Finance Project Management for the different business and group initiatives: acquisitions, systems and company integrations, end to end projects etc
- Drive and undertake high quality ad hoc / cross functional analysis for recommendation to the Service Management, including risk mitigation scenarios
Qualifications
In order of priority:
- Financial Background, Master degree within business administration or equivalent
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English
- Experience with information System SAP/BI, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ideally experience in Process Management
- Knowledge on finance, audit, budgeting and accounting.
- Solid knowledge in compliance
