This position can be based out of either our New York City or Columbus, OH headquarters. As this role is hybrid, expected days in-office are 2 days per week, typically Wednesday and Thursday.

Your Impact
As Specialist of SEO you will be responsible for hands-on management of natural search engine optimization (SEO) programs. You will drive advancement in marketing capabilities, evangelize SEO opportunities, optimize customer engagement, and deliver effective results against key business objectives for the Victoria’s Secret and PINK brands.
- Manage planning, execution, and analysis of SEO programs and campaigns including keyword analysis and meta data optimization and support for content creation and local search listings
- Create search marketing plans supporting brand and customer marketing strategies
- Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and publishers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SEO best practices, execute day-to-day tactical website updates, and drive growth by following the SEO roadmap
- Develop insights and actions based on qualitative and quantitative analytics
- Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends, identify new and emerging search marketing opportunities, and influence innovation

Maximum Salary: $84,735.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in SEO required
- Experience within an agency or retail organization preferred
- Mix of business, creative, and technical acumen
- Self-starter who can flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Outstanding analytical skills and strong experience in performance optimization
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- This role can be based in either our Reynoldsburg, OH (Columbus area) or New York, NY offices
- As a hybrid role, the person in this role will be expected to be in office two days during the week, typically Wednesday and Thursday
- Occasional travel involved
