Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge in both theoretical and practical aspects of phlebotomy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to comfort and interact effectively with patients.
- Highly detail-oriented and demonstrate a strong sense of accuracy.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in the use of Electronic health record (EHR) software.

Responsibilities:
- Adherence to Healthcare protocols and safety measures to ensure patients' well-being.
- Perform venipuncture, capillary punctures, and specialized collection procedures on patients of diverse ages.
- Prioritize blood-draws according to medical urgency, coordinate with nursing staff and doctors for instructions.
- Verifying patient information and maintaining detailed records of all laboratory testing to uphold the highest level of accuracy.
- Preparing blood collection equipment, drawing blood, and storing and transporting samples.
- Complying strictly with federal and state laws on medical and disability confidentiality.
- Take part in continued education and training to stay abreast of medical advancements in phlebotomy.
