Summary:
The Bankruptcy Research Specialist will be responsible for researching accounts involved in an active bankruptcy to see if a proof of claim should be filed. The specialist will also gather information from the Trustee Websites for purposes of verifying payments and filing transfers of claim.
What you Bring:
- 1-2 years of previous bankruptcy experience preferred.
- Legal related experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Proven organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize duties, track tasks, follow up on outstanding items.
- Excellent work ethic and exceptional attention to detail.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc..).
- Candidate must be detail oriented.
- College degree preferred, not required.
