Job description

HRConnect Specialist - Data Management supports Workday, Time and Absence and/or SAP processes that include employee record management, updating the databases, contract management, reporting, quality measurements, and monitoring upstream/downstream integrations. In this role you will work with internal and external stakeholders in alignment with the global operating model and ensuring compliance and internal controls.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support key HR processes in Workday/SAP system (employee lifecycle processes, HR reporting, process accuracy, global reorganizational changes, data quality, contract management, time and absence)
  • Partner with process optimization team on HR process documentation updates, training, and quality insights.
  • Administer data quality reports and act on errors' correction.
  • Actively looking for continuous improvement ideas and running some of the initiatives towards process improvements and automation
  • Take accountability for compliance with defined HR processes and relevant AbbVie policies.
  • Cooperate closely with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Business HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Finance and other) to constantly improve the service quality and efficiency
  • Deliver system and process training to new hires.
  • Respond to internal AbbVie stakeholders (BHR /Talent Acquisition/Total Rewards) regarding questions or issues they have raised around Workday processing data and/or HR reporting.
  • Supporting role for HRConnect management, global and country specific projects by providing input and managing the deliverables for Data Management area.
  • Cooperate actively and closely with colleagues from other HRConnect Teams for outstanding service delivery. 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge and expertise of HR systems - Workday, Kronos or relevant time solution and/or SAP is a must.
  • 3 years of experience in HR environment.
  • Technical expertise on HR processes and understanding process dependencies.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, in English, and other languages as required.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt to the changing environment quickly.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience in project management considered as an asset.
  • Bachelor of Science required, HR concentration preferred.
