Summary: As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization this role is responsible for directly driving revenue by building virtual relationships with fundraising volunteers for peer to peer fundraising products to exceed revenue goals for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) mission. Relentlessly pursuing cancer cures.

Key Relationships:
- Reports to: Manager of Campaign Cultivation
Recruitment, Fundraising & Relationship Building
- Recruit participants through call-based outreach for Athletics, Community, Celebrations, and other engagement wide outreach as needed
- Support fundraising efforts for mass participation campaigns by conducting targeted live call outreach to drive towards a set revenue goal
- Support revenue-based initiatives for national call campaigns through live calls/outreach
- Responsible for peer to peer fundraising to achieve overall revenue goals
- Work in conjunction with market-based Campaign Manager or Director to ensure aligned with market goals and transparency
- Provide impact by being responsible for roughly $1,000,000+ in direct revenue
- Follow-up, track and record engagement of constituents
- Implement revenue strategies according to respective playbook
- Collaborate with local Campaign Development team
- Support additional mass communication based efforts including live calls, text blasts, and more based on needs of campaigns.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ year of related peer to peer fundraising experience
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Some weekend & evening work required
- Minimal travel as required for national or department meetings
- Physical demands are minimal and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations
- Work environment is representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations
- Average salary range is $20/hour - $25/hour , open to further discussion based on geography.
