Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out complex tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback. Gathers information and provides support for the implementation of business solutions by collecting data captured and tracked for incoming process and support requests; conducting research; identifying trends and issues that require additional training; identifying new or changing processes, initiatives, or program roll outs; ensuring trends and changes are communicated to the appropriate leadership; providing resolution to issues by verifying data accuracy; conducting basic statistical analysis; recommending solutions within business areas; ensuring that resolutions meet business requirements; and reporting findings and recommended resolution to business partners. Tracks calendars, meetings, and expenses for leadership by working and collaborating with others to coordinate appointments and understand calendar needs; scheduling monthly leadership meetings; anticipating and identifying time requirements for pre-meeting work; utilizing business knowledge to filter and prioritize calendar requests; identifying key attendees; coordinating meeting material development and consolidation with participants; ensuring leadership has preparation materials for meetings; completing travel and expense process for executive leadership; and resolving escalated travel and expense issues for department. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
