What you'll do...
FIELD SUPPORT
This is a Specialist II position on our Field Support team.
The primary function of this position is to provide technical support for field systems, applications, and tools used in our Walmart stores, Neighborhood Markets, Sam's Clubs, and Distribution Centers. This position requires the ability to intake, troubleshoot, and help resolve technical related issues.
This role requires the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools to research the issue and reach resolution while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires the ability to intake, troubleshoot, and help resolve technical related issues.
This role requires the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools to research the issue and reach resolution while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Training is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm CST for 3 weeks.
- This is a full-time position that requires availability 7 days a week from 6am-6:30pm CST including a Saturday or Sunday shift weekly.
