JOB Description:

The Benefits Specialist will work closely with Senior Benefits Specialist to maintain and operationalize benefits, wellness and appreciation programs. In addition, they will provide highly effective customer service to all caregivers and will ensure the Benefits department is connected to caregivers' needs.

QUALIFICATION:

Required Education: High School Diploma / GED

Preferred Education: Bachelors Degree

Required Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in a benefits role or similar job. Accurate typing skills. Excellent telephone etiquette, communication, and public relations skills. Proficient user of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Demonstrated ability to work independently and under stressful circumstances
