Job Description
Position Description:
Under direction of Sr. Director of HR, the HR Special Projects Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide administrative support and ensure the successful implementation of projects. This position requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail as the role includes a diverse set of responsibilities.

- Travel to CHS Assistance Center 1 to 2 days per week
Detailed Tasks:
- Coordinate CHS Orientation materials and order lunch for staff
- Manage the Senior Director’s calendar efficiently. Schedule appointments, meetings, and events in alignment with priorities
- Support the Sr. Director of HR to develop and implement Special Projects, particularly those that require interdepartmental collaboration.
- Coordinate and execute the distribution of recognition and ID’s at the CHS Queens Warehouse.
- Working with the Director of Recruitment & Employee Recognition for all employee engagement events.
- Submit purchase request for recognitions events.
- Schedule monthly Administration/Finance meetings with departments.
- Maintain tracking system for all ongoing projects in HR.
- Review credentialing files for new hires, ensuring all information is contained in the file for the Sr. Director approval.
- Provide administrative support to Sr. Director of HR as needed.
- Perform ad hoc task as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
1. A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Engineering, Social Sciences, Health Care Specialization, Physical Sciences or related programs; and,
A minimum of two years responsible experience directly related to health care program planning, research, design, operation, evaluation and analysis; or,
2. A Masters Degree from an accredited college or university in Public Health, Public or Hospital Administration, Health Care Specialization, Business Administration or related disciplines; and,
A minimum of one year experience directly related to health care program planning, research, design, operation, evaluation and analysis; or,
3. A satisfactory equivalent combination of training, education and experience; and,
4. Demonstrated skills in written or oral communication.
