Providence Home Care is hiring friendly and compassionate in-home Caregivers immediately to assist our clients with Special Needs in the Inland Empire and offering $300 hiring bonuses to all qualified candidates! This is an amazing opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others, providing families with assistance for their loved ones with Special Needs.
Caregivers for children and adults with Special Needs may provide hands-on person care or simply supervision depending on the client’s needs.
This position is per diem – we can work with your schedule to find client visit times that work for you.
Experience in home health, home care or in an assisted living/senior living/nursing home setting as a Caregiver, HHA or CNA is a plus. Prior experience caring for children, the elderly, or Special Needs individuals is required.
Location: Seeing clients in their homes throughout the Murrieta Area including Murrieta, Wildomar, Menifee and Temecula

Required qualifications:
- Prior experience caring for children, the elderly, or Special Needs individuals
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
Preferred qualifications:
- Work experience as a caregiver, or Clinical experience as a nursing student, or Active CNA certification
- 6 months' Experience as a caregiver
Salary Range
$18.00/hour - Riverside County and San Bernardino County

About the Team
Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses. Our core competencies include restorative care, longitudinal care and care through the end of life. Our service lines include assisted living/skilled nursing/rehabilitation, home health, home infusion/pharmacy services, home medical equipment, hospice and palliative care, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), personal home services/private duty care and supportive housing.
