What You'll Do
We are currently seeking a Utility Operator II to work in various production areas at our Sparta facility. This position may be required to work in sewing, cutting, twill/embroidery, screening, sublimation or shipping.

What You'll Do
We are currently seeking a Utility Operator II to work in various production areas at our Sparta facility. This position may be required to work in sewing, cutting, twill/embroidery, screening, sublimation or shipping.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manufacture products to specifications of each custom order
- Work in multiple areas depending on production needs: Cutting, Screen Printing, Tackle Twill / Embroidery, Sewing, Sublimation, and/or Shipping
- Maintain equipment and make adjustments to equipment as required.
- Identify and report defects to the area lead during the production process.
- Follow production schedules to produce product on time
What We're Looking For
This role requires a High School Diploma or GED.
Other qualifications include:
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to understand product specifications and product visuals
- Adaptable to a quickly changing environment
- Ability to learn multiple new tasks
