Your mission: As a true Business Partner, you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies according to the company's strategic orientations. Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will work in collaboration with our team at headquarters and internationally.The Group is present in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, England and Poland with a total workforce of 2000 people.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal HR responsibilities
Implement and define HR practices and regulations
Keep up to date with labour law changes in the specific countries of operations
Provide support to managers in the application of our HR policy and in the development of teams (onboarding, retention, L&D and career development)
Be the main contact for our various partners: Alan, occupational medicine, Edenred, Soreco, etc.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand organisational goals and develop HR strategies that support business objectives
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures
Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance appraisals
Provide coaching and support to managers in managing performance issues
Stay informed about changes in legislation and proactively update policies and practices accordingly.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture.
Implement employee feedback mechanisms and action plans
Manage employee records including holidays, absences, etc.
External HR responsibilities:
Be the main point of contact for Sales department on complex consultant cases and provide advises
Manage introduction/VISA requests in the different locations
Implement and monitor health and safety processes in our subsidiaries
Work closely with the legal department to draft employment contracts for specific countries
Profile:
Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field
Strong knowledge of UK and Spanish employment law and regulations
Knowledge of any other employment law would be a great advantage, but not necessary
Previous experience in a HR Business Partner or equivalent roles
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation
