Bubble is seeking a NY-based Community Manager to join our Community team full time and assist in supporting our expanding ambassador community of over 20,000. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in community management, as well as cross-functional exposure to other internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily moderation within the Bubble Insiders and Campus Ambassador community, communicating issues and challenges that arise and ensuring a positive and engaging experience for members.
Lead the coordination of IRL events with direction from leadership- ordering supplies, custom items, Bubble products/merch, overseeing RSVP form and email confirmation process
Own the gratis and free good request process, sending and tracking inventory requests and receipt for community programming
Lead the ideation and creation of weekly challenges across community management channels to ensure ongoing engagement
Support the development of Bubble’s Parent Ambassador program, leading focus groups, recruitment and strategy
Plan and lead weekly Geneva and community discussions - ideating topics on mental health, product education, Q&A sessions, and brand updates, fostering meaningful dialogue and promoting brand loyalty
Manage Insiders community experience channels to ensure all inquiries are handled in a timely manner
Plan and execute monthly virtual events with our community members
Lead and execute brief management, monitoring progress and status of social, digital, creative briefs and assets on behalf of the community team
Support with management of Bubble’s Insider IG Community Management - commenting on all posts on related company hashtag, responding to all tags in DMS, and managing Insiders IG
Support with review and evaluation of user-generated content (UGC) submissions based on guidelines and criteria, approving or denying content as appropriate
Embody the Bubble brand voice and tone in all interactions, representing the brand's values and promoting a positive brand image
Provide hands on leadership to junior teaming members to train and develop
Skills and Requirements
Must be comfortable working evenings and weekends to adhere to regular community activity
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar or related role
Experience working in a community oriented role in a startup environment
Highly organized and able manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of current trends in brand and community marketing
Excellent writing skills and experience drafting copy
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
Be comfortable with being a self-starter and taking initiative
Solution-oriented mindset and ability to think outside of the box to address challenges
Eager to take on new challenges, introduce and implement new approaches and ideas to test and learn
Graphic design experience specifically Figma is a plus
