Spanish Language Copywriter (Contingent)

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Amazon via Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Amazon.

Creative Service Team within Workforce Staffing and Marketing. A Global team looking to expand their marketing capabilities into Spanish Markets. Currently there is one Spanish Copywriter on the team but his contract at max tenure and is set to expire May.

  This role mainly working on getting marketing materials to warehouse job seekers. So creating anything from everything from top of funnel to the warehouse itself. This includes any marketing, messaging, any sort of updates to the associates the team provides every piece of content that can possibly be imagined.

A lot of the content will be Web and email based. There will be some text journeys built into this as well but the two main pieces of content will be Web based experience and either email journeys or paid social. These should be shown in the candidate’s portfolio.

SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED

• Create engaging stories to be shared on our intranet to over 800,400 employees worldwide
• Reviving multiple existing story series and creating new story series’ as needed
• Helping review, and edit content for internal platforms

Industry Preference:

• Any advertising, in house/ production team is ok. Looking for large scale projects that have been in Spanish in the past and if they have been translated awesome. If they are writing from start to finish in Spanish even better.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years experience copy-writing, preferably for a publication, or a global company
• Spanish native fluency
• Creativity is highly encouraged; experience creating a variety of different types and styles of stories

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Demonstrated success creating high-impact copy including stories, branding, and presentations
• Experience working closely with a marketing, PR, or internal communications team
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams and balancing competing workloads
• An effective multi-tasker who navigates a fast-paced environment with efficiency
• Strong, customer-focused thinking

Contract Length: Initial 3 months then extension to year end

Location: Seattle or Nashville (can work remote).

Pay Range: $40 - $45 per hour
