As a Space Planner on our team, you'll get to grow your skills and join our collaborative team providing our client with planning, design, construction management, and project execution of state-of-the-art structures. You'll assist with capital outlay projects, with emphasis on space planning, and user management and Facilitation of Space Planning engagements.
Responsibilities include but not limited:
- Needs Assessments/ Programming and coordination;
- Space Management & Space Planning
- Stack and Block Planning/ Test Fits and coordination;
- Tennant Improvement Planning/ Furniture Layout Planning and coordination;
- Move-Migration Planning and coordination;
- ROM Cost Estimating coordination.

The base salary range for this position is $104,000 to $162,500. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Here's what you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field
- 5 years experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction management or related field with at least 50% of which shall have been in the planning, programming, user management or administration of projects resulting in a building or structure being constructed
- Working knowledge of space management tools and software including: Space View, Archibus, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheets, etc
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Experience using CADD and other tools/techniques for space allocation, reconfiguration, and occupancy planning purposes.
