Spa Receptionist

This position pays $15/hr.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answering phone calls
• Responding to guest requests and questions
• Scheduling services for guests
• Preparing for guest’s arrival
• Confirming appointments
• Checking and maintaining spa area cleanliness
• Restocking spa items
• Processing payments and purchases
• Maintaining professionalism at all times

• At least one year experience in an upscale guest service environment; preferably in a hotel, spa or related environment
• Professional customer service skills a must
• Computer skills a must
• Must be punctual, reliable and have excellent time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
