We are seeking a customer-oriented and organized Spa Concierge to join our team. The Spa Concierge will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to guests visiting the spa.

• Has previous experience in customer service, retail, or front desk/hospitality
• General knowledge of luxury spa services
• Works collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to maintain professional appearance
• Experience with spa or scheduling software
