Spa Concierge

```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company, products, and services
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

```Experience```
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to sell products or services and upsell when appropriate
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and management
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is a plus
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is desirable
- Experience in jewelry sales is an advantage

This position requires a professional and personable individual who can effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail sales or customer service, possess excellent time management skills, and have the ability to sell products or services. Fluency in English is essential, while multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, would be beneficial. Experience with point-of-sale systems is desirable, as well as familiarity with jewelry sales.
