Job Overview

Spa Attendants play a critical role in the guest experience. This role is responsible for creating a seamless flow for each and every guest by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the space and anticipating their needs by keeping amenities fully stocked. Attention to detail and a knack for efficiency are especially useful when preparing service rooms and keeping up on laundry-related tasks.

Position Requirements

• Prepare service rooms, lounge, bathroom, and reception areas for members and guests according to cleaning guidelines
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the space
• Stock amenities and shop supplies (soap, towels, robes, earplugs, toiletries) according to training guidelines
• Launder and stock towels, massage linens, and robes
• Provide service orientations and guidance for guests between service rooms
• Maintain equipment (float tanks, cold plunge, sauna cabins) and demonstrate competency in functions and settings

Physical Requirements

This position requires active levels of physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, and stooping during a shift. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.

Compensation:

$13 an hour base pay+ tips

This position allows the opportunity to earn tips on top of hourly pay by providing a exceptional guest experiences making average pay up to $20/hour.
