The Spa at Yellow Creek is experiencing increased demand for our renowned Spa & Wellness services. We have an immediate opening for a Spa &Hospitality Attendant to assist in providing an unparalleled spa experience for our guests & staff.

• Ideal for college students attending The University of Akron, Kent State University, Stark State, or other colleges surrounding the greater Akron area.
• Great start to a career in hospitality, spa, wellness and/or fitness

Responsibilities and Duties

Your main focus in this role is the guest experience and the standards of the facility. Primary responsibilities include:

• Guest check-in
• Prompt and Detailed Guest service
• Guest orientation of spa, gym, and locker rooms
• Preparing and serving beverages and snacks
• Restocking locker rooms and treatment room
• Laundry
• Maintaining overall cleanliness of common areas

Schedule and Availability

Weekly schedules are consistent, guaranteed and made in advance. The individual hired will work a minimum of 25 hours/week on weekdays and weekends. Shifts are typically 6-8 hours and may begin as early as 8:00 AM..

Hours/Shifts Available:

Sunday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm

Wednesday: 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Friday: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Saturday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
