Job Description:
The Sous Chef plays a vital role as the right-hand person to the Executive Chef, ensuring the flawless execution of all menu items. In the absence of the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef assumes all responsibilities typically assigned to the role. With a focus on building top-line sales and enhancing the guest experience, the Sous Chef collaborates with the Executive Chef to lead the kitchen team. This includes delivering high-quality, delicious food, maintaining rigorous food safety standards, and driving profitability. As a problem solver, the Sous Chef must be ready to handle any kitchen issues that arise. The Sous Chef also takes charge of training new employees.
