Urban Food Group is hiring for Sous Chef for one of its restaurants in Raleigh.
We are seeking experienced candidates who have a passion for the hospitality industry and working in the kitchen.
Our Sous Chefs report to the EC developing our menus, coaching BOH staff on recipes and techniques, working the line, working expo to ensure proper plate presentation, and overseeing prep.
This person is second in command of the kitchen, and in charge when the EC is not in the building.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
