Qualifications:
Minimum of three years' experience as a Sous Chef in a restaurant environment, with expertise in working with locally sourced, fresh proteins and produce
Strong passion for mentoring and nurturing talent, a fundamental quality we seek in a Sous Chef
Availability to work evenings and weekends as per kitchen's operational requirements
