Job Description
High Volume family owned multi unit company is looking for a Restaurant Sous Chef for their new location. This is a working-on the line position.
Sous Chef Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of kitchen management experience in a full-service, upscale environment
- High volume sales experience - $5+ million annually
- A passion for developing others and a high level of emotional intelligence
- Able to make decisions quickly
- Scratch kitchen experience 80-90%
- Strong work ethic
- Passion for hospitality
