High Volume family owned multi unit company is looking for a Restaurant Sous Chef for their new location. This is a working-on the line position.

Sous Chef Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of kitchen management experience in a full-service, upscale environment
• High volume sales experience - $5+ million annually
• A passion for developing others and a high level of emotional intelligence
• Able to make decisions quickly
• Scratch kitchen experience 80-90%
• Strong work ethic
• Passion for hospitality

Sous Chef Compensation/Benefits:
