Analyses of IFCO network, forecasting both inbound and outbound flows to/from our service center network and to/from our growers and retail partners. Implement and manage master data inputs in SAP IBP, into the forecast, and provide weekly/monthly reporting of overages and shortfalls.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
S&OP
- Implement multilevel forecasting, providing visual analytics via PowerBI to Operations, Retail & Grower Sales, Transportation, Sourcing, and Reverse Logistics
- Bridge IBP forecast to actuals, display visually in PowerBI, monitoring return trends by retailers, outbound to growers, and inflows to service centers - research deviations from plans.
- Act as key user for Manufacturing in IBP managing master data and planning parameters, reviewing output, and making adjustments as necessary.
- Responsible for managing supplier relationships including but not limited to sharing forecasts, placing, and tracking purchase orders, maintaining Safety Stock and keep organization informed of any potential issues that may arise while crafting plans to mitigate them.
Analysis
- Identify and lead execution of initiatives, projects, and process improvements.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Build, maintain, and publish KPIs in PowerBI
- Compare forecasted return flows from retail locations to actuals, uncover opportunity areas for improved collection flows.
- Provide lane level mapping of service center to Grower flows and retailer to service center flows matching operational capacities with customer volumes.
- Provide forecasted outbound RPCs from service centers to growers, compared to actuals.
- Input & maintain key figures in IBP.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or commensurate work experience
- Minimum 3 years of supply chain, finance or accounting experience required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a corporate environment (analytical function highly preferred)
- Demonstrated proven ability to build new PowerBI dashboards, linking data from multiple sources, including SQL.
- Prior experience forecasting inflows and outflows inside a dynamic supply chain.
