The S&OP Analyst supports the company’s Sales and Operation Planning team by integrating robust data analysis into our strategic and tactical decision-making processes. This individual will work with our Forecasting, Inventory Planning and Operations teams to improve our supply chain performance through the availability and use of strong reporting and data analysis. The Analyst will enable strategic alignment and growth by connecting and integrating sales and supply planning holistically across the organization. This individual will be proactive in communication and collaboration with cross functional partners and comfortable working with a level of ambiguity and autonomy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates with all levels of management to gather, analyze, and summarize operational data.
- Produces and distributes reporting on supply chain performance (sales vs. forecast, fill rates, inventory productivity, etc.)
- Create and validate KPI’s using Power BI, AX & Excel.
- Socialize and align with cross-functional partners on KPI measures and logic.
- Maintain and evolve monthly Pre-S&OP and S&OP documents (reports & ppt decks).
- Effectively communicate root causes and business narrative found in the quantitative analysis.
- Facilitate S&OP meetings, record & track action items and follow-ups.
- Maintain and evolve an Open to Buy (OTB) by sales channel and DC.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have the following credentials:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or S&OP function.
- Strong experience working an OTB.
- Experience working with supply chain concepts such as fill rate, forecast accuracy, SKU productivity, inventory turns, sell-through and margin.
- Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity & able to multi-task in a busy environment with high attention to detail.
- Able to partner with others to achieve goals. Track record of effective communication with wide variety of functions.
- Able to collaborate with colleagues in International Operations, Planning, Product, Sales, Finance, eCommerce, Marketing, Retail and Asia Sourcing office.
- Experience in handling large amounts of data and performing ad hoc analysis to provide insights. Exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in fast moving SKU-intensive consumer goods in multi-channel business highly desirable
- Deep analytical skills as evidenced by accurate & reliable data collection and ability to move logically from facts to findings and conclusions.
- Resourceful and creative in use and manipulation of multiple data sources. Uses own initiative to remove analytical roadblocks.
- Expert Excel skills
- Advanced PowerPoint & charting skills
- Power BI and/or Microsoft Dynamics experience a Plus

Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually plus bonus based on experience
