Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fertility-specific Sonographer to join our dynamic team. This role encompasses leadership responsibilities alongside hands-on sonography work. The ideal candidate will oversee recruiting, interviewing, training, and evaluating sonographers, ensuring high standards in patient care and imaging quality. This position also involves daily review of ultrasound reports and providing mobile ultrasound services to patients in their homes as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment process for sonographers, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive training for new and existing sonographers to ensure proficiency in various ultrasound techniques, with a focus on fertility and OB/GYN.
• Regularly evaluate the performance of sonography staff, offering feedback and development opportunities.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of daily ultrasound reports, upholding the highest standards of diagnostic imaging.
• Deliver exceptional patient care, maintaining sensitivity and professionalism during in-home ultrasound services.
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure seamless integration of ultrasound services into patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and stay informed about advancements in sonography.

Qualifications:

• Certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sonography, with at least 2 years in a fertility or OB/GYN setting.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in staff training and development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to provide at-home services as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $145,600.00 per year
