Form of workWe are a Columbus-based immigration law office. We are expanding our team and currently seeking to hire a Receptionist to work full-time. Proficiency in English and either Spanish or French is required.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of office experience is preferred.
Fluency in English and either Spanish or French.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in basic Microsoft programs such as Word, Outlook and Excel.
Passion for helping immigrants.
Duties:
Greet and assist onsite clients
Plan and schedule appointments and events.
Answer and track inbound telephone calls.
Perform general secretarial functions (scanning, mailing, copying).
