- Performing Ultrasound Scans:
- Conducting 3D/4D ultrasound scans on pregnant women to create detailed and realistic images of the fetus.
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of the pregnant woman during the ultrasound procedure.
- Interpreting Results:
- Analyzing and interpreting ultrasound images to provide information about the baby's development and overall health.
- Identifying any potential abnormalities or issues that may require further medical attention.
- Communication with Clients:
- Communicating effectively with expectant parents, explaining the purpose and process of the ultrasound.
- Addressing any concerns or questions that clients may have before, during, or after the procedure.
- Maintaining Equipment:
- Ensuring that 3D/4D ultrasound equipment is properly calibrated and maintained for optimal performance.
- Conducting regular checks and maintenance to minimize the risk of technical issues during scans.
- Compliance with Regulations:
- Adhering to all relevant medical and safety regulations related to ultrasound imaging.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintaining accurate records of patient information, ultrasound images, and any additional notes related to the procedure.
- Generating comprehensive reports for referring healthcare professionals as needed.
- Customer Service:
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for expectant parents.
- Managing appointments, scheduling, and addressing any customer service inquiries.
- Educational Support:
- Offering educational support to clients by explaining the purpose of 3D/4D ultrasounds, the limitations of the technology, and the importance of follow-up medical care.
