Position Definition:
- The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer provides diagnostic patient care services using ultrasound and related diagnostic procedures.
- The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer is responsible for daily operations of the sonographic laboratory, patient schedule, equipment maintenance, the report of equipment failures, and quality assessment processes.
- The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer maintains a high standard of medical ethics and is self-motivated to increase level of understanding and knowledge of the field, disease, and new procedures as they evolve.
- Successful candidates will have a passion for customer service excellence, team work and enjoy working with the public
Professional Requirements:
- Graduate of formal diagnostic medical sonography program
- Bachelor of Science degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (preferred)
- Medical imaging/sonographer ARDMS Required.
- Lower Ext DVT experience preferred.
- Phillips experience preferred.
- NH License Required.
