- Professional services: Assessment services, IMAC/D, Smart Hands, POC/Pilot services, consulting services, Field Deployment services
- Procurement Services: Procurement Planning & Execution, Procurement Planning & Execution, Order Processing
- Leading Solutioning and Sales effort, including working as part of the Solution Development team to create responses to customer RFPs and technical solution components of SOW.
- Being the solutioning subject matter expert for products and services related to new site installation, moves, adds, changes and disposal (including dispatch, ticketing, project lifecycle) especially within the retail domain.
- Working with field services partners for solutions and pricing
- Having an eye for detail and competitive intelligence in ensuring that effort estimation, pricing, scope, and assumptions strike the right balance between the ability to win it as well as the ability to deliver it
- Creating competitive proposals that reflect thought leadership and alternate creative options
- 10+ years of experience in a Solution Engineering/Architecture role in retail, healthcare, public sector, or banking focusing on multi-branch IT solutions
- 7+ years strategic solutioning, pricing and contract negotiation via Solutioning roles
- Experience working with proposal teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting critical business development activities
- Ability to strategize, plan and execute writing requirements for all proposals, responses etc.
- Entrepreneur spirit with smart leadership qualities, ownership and accountability.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, strong customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, unstructured, limited governance dynamic environment without losing focus on results.
- Analytical/critical-thinking skills for understanding complex product offerings, value propositions, and defining them in succinct, persuasive written responses.
- Ability to mentor and constructively guide business units and provide articulate consultation on departmental procedures, best practices, and strategic responses.
- Demonstrated leadership skills as evidenced by initiative, mentorship, collaboration, big-picture thinking.
- Focused on client business outcomes and challenges.
- Focused on quality deliverable development.
