The Role:
As a Solutions Architect with a focus on driving adoption, your primary responsibility will be to ensure customers fully adopt and derive value from our products or services. You will work closely with Extensiv Customer Success Managers and customers to understand their needs, provide guidance on best practices, and support them in achieving their desired outcomes. By driving adoption, you will contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and overall business growth.
What You Will Do:
- Develop a deep understanding of our products or services and their value propositions.
- Guide customers on product setup, usage of advanced features, configuration, and integration, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to track their progress and provide proactive support.
- Identify opportunities to expand product usage and adoption within customer organizations.
- Create and deliver customized training sessions and workshops to educate customers on product features and best practices.
- Analyze customer usage data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Proactively address customer concerns, providing timely and effective solutions to maximize adoption and satisfaction.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on how to achieve their desired outcomes using our products or services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, account management, professional services and product development, to advocate for customer needs and drive product enhancements based on customer feedback.
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges to provide strategic recommendations to customers.
You Are/Have:
- 3+ years of Customer Success, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or equivalent experience, for a B2B SaaS company
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, technical support, or consulting, with a focus on driving product adoption.
- Strong understanding of customer success principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and metrics to drive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to influence customers towards successful product adoption and usage.
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally, with a high sense of urgency and execution, to deliver products and services to your customers
- Obsessive problem-solving skills and time management skills with close attention to detail, relentless urgency and follow through
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer success tools, including Jira, SFDC, Pendo, and/or Hubspot
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and industry events
- A plus if you have logistics industry, warehousing and/or ecommerce

Extensiv strives to provide competitive market-informed compensation based on a candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. The salary range for this position is $99,200 -$133,500. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
