Who You Are

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Solutions Architect focused on expansion, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our clients' needs, designing tailored solutions, and driving upsell opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and sales, influencing the growth and success of both our clients and our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements
• Design and implement scalable and efficient Ontic solutions, ensuring alignment with clients' current and future needs
• Actively identify expansion and upsell opportunities, working closely with the Account Management team to drive revenue growth
• Provide technical leadership and expertise throughout the client engagement lifecycle.
• Customize and optimize existing solutions to accommodate clients' evolving needs and support their growth
• Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and ongoing support
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal development teams, conveying feedback and requirements for continuous improvement
• Conduct training sessions to empower clients in maximizing the value of their Ontic investments.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure and report on the success of expansion initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5 plus years of experience as a Solutions Architect,  in a SaaS company managing large enterprise customers
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong technical background with expertise in cloud platforms, programming languages, and SaaS architecture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose effective technical solutions.
• Experience in identifying and capitalizing on expansion and upsell opportunities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.

$130,000 - $150,000 a year

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of a total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks at Ontic. This role also includes a commission plan and a company equity grant.
