How you’ll make an Impact
Participate in all aspects of Solution Architecting process by mapping Ntiva technical solutions to business problems, through the proposal process including meeting with and presenting to clients and developing and maintaining the proposal process to deliver the best possible solutions to the Client Experience staff and ultimately, clients.

- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST
What you will be doing
- Establish and/or sustain a proposals system to ensure accurate scopes of work for billing and project purposes
- Work with Project Team to ensure scoped times and procedures are accurate
- Have a clear understanding of business objectives to be able to find technology solutions and be able to speak to them, presenting the business case for the solution along with ROI
- Be able to write clearly and effectively
- Work with team to develop technology and standards, ensuring they are effective and cost appropriate
- Maintain product and scope related content in ConnectWise Sell/Quosal; ensuring scope items have appropriate cost and time
- Maintain current knowledge of our vendor’s offerings
- Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, and participate in technology communities
- Learn and follow Ntiva’s guidelines on preferred solutions that match our technology stack and help guide clients to those standards when applicable
- Ensure questions from Client Experience team are addressed in an appropriate and timely manner
- Attend existing client presentations and strategy sessions as needed
- Be proactive in all communications
- Ensure all proposals are completed within specified time frames
- Have visibility into multiple types of small and medium business environments
- Have great communication and reasoning skills, including the ability to make a strong case for technology choices while understanding other viewpoints and the need to find the best possible solution for everyone
You’ll be successful in this role if you have
- 7 years of experience in the field of Information Technology
- 3 years planning or implementing new solutions preferred
- Leading Technical Industry Knowledge:

- Valid driving license & travelling required

- Ability to communicate professionally, in English, both written and orally

The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $92,000.00 and $110,000.00 per year, plus an annual on-target bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
