SalaryTechnoMile is looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team. This team member will work with our Professional Service and Delivery team to implement our TechnoMile tool. This Solution Architect is responsible for driving the architectural roadmap for our various implementations, providing continuous support for deliverables across the organization. In this role you will serve as a trusted advisor for stakeholders and a mentor for team members. This position will assume responsibility for the integrity, maintainability, and scalability of the existing and future solution design.

The Solutions Architect role requires deep understanding of our implementation process and strong technical skills for supporting successful delivery of TechnoMile projects. You are passionate about people, customer value and technology. You have a proven record of the ability to take decisions and create strong networks.
- Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge of the CRM platforms, including technical and functional capabilities
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Understands business drivers and capabilities needed to determine enterprise Solution Architecture and deliver solutions to support the organization’s targeted business outcomes
- Regularly communicate project status with external and internal stakeholders, including key accomplishments, next steps, issues/risks/items for management attention
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of the organization's technologies and architectures.
- Assists in developing and maintaining current and planned state architectural blueprints.
- Communicates architectural decisions, plans, goals, and strategies.
Who you are:
- 7+ years of overall IT experience
- Hands on experience working with various CRM applications – Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Salesforce and/or Dynamics certifications preferred but not required
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Gather and analyze information skillfully.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions.
- Balanced understanding of long term and short-term perspectives.
