Job Summary:

This is a working position. The Solder Technician will operate tools or machines through on the job training in a singular or multitude of departments. Production Associates perform a variety tasks to strive for their main goal of ensuring that manufactured products meet certain standards of quality.

Required skills/traits:

• Surface mount and through hold soldering experience – minimum 1 year
• Able to interpret technical drawings and documents
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to communicate through verbal and written methods
• Update and maintain written records

Preferred additional skills/traits:

• IPC and/or J-STD certification
• Rework experience
• Tinning experience
• Reballing experience
