Role overview

TheField Account Manager (FAM) role oversees our largest Dealer Partnerships and is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of paying customers. FAMs are responsible for providing effective consultation to customers through regular performance analysis and support. FAMs work closely with Regional Sales Directors (RSD) to drive growth within the existing customer base through product upgrades, new product sales, and renewals. Through effective relationship management and proactive engagement, the primary objectives of a FAM are to protect against dealership churn, deliver an unparalleled customer experience, and drive the growth of product and services usage.

What you'll do

  • Forecast and prevent incoming dealer churn
  • Drive dealer engagement and provide reactive support and proactive consultation on a monthly basis
  • Partner with Regional Sales Directors in driving dealer discovery and upsell opportunity efforts
  • Generate and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews in tandem with your RSD counterpart
  • Drive growth in overall CGR

  • Self-starter mentality , strong internal motivation.
  • Strong ability to develop, grow, and maintain customer relationships across different levels of the dealership hierarchy.
  • Collaborative mindset - we work very closely with our sales partners and the ability to communicate and prioritize effectively is critical.
  • Ability to context shift quickly - we own a lot of different responsibilities and you should have a proven ability to flow between reactive customer needs and proactive customer outreach initiatives,
