This position will be required to work a minimum of 3 days per week from one of the following regional offices: Seattle, WA, Chicago, IL, Plano, TX or Burbank, CA.

This job contributes to Starbucks success by ensuring that partners have the information and insights required to maintain store condition and manage assets. Through dynamic business support, they assist in the prevention and resolution of obstacles to delivery of The Starbucks Experience. The facilities representative will be responsible for asset management support for the west and central facilities and creating emergency capital projects and occasional Facilities Manager capital administrative support of divisional initiatives.
As a facilities representative, you will be…
- Responsible for retiring and transferring asset information in the Capital Accounting SharePoint.
- Responsible for creating WTs for specific cross-divisional suppliers.
- Managing your individual capital project compliance and two divisions worth of asset management compliance.
- Familiar with Starbucks equipment and know how to research for its suggested replacement, inventory levels, specifications, and warranty information.
We’d love to hear from people with:
- Experience working with data and monitoring the data integrity.
- Strong MS Office skills including Smartsheet and SharePoint.
- Very organized and extremely detail oriented.
- Ability to successfully prioritize, plan and manage hundreds of emergency capital projects at one time including managing freight claims and complex or reversed logistical needs.
- Strong knowledge and ability to navigate supply chain constraints and logistics at Starbucks.
- Ability to foster relationships with Inventory, Accounts Payable and Sourcing Teams.
