Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Solar Sales Team Leader. The Solar Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading a virtual Sales Team all over the country. This includes identifying and prospecting leads, providing in-depth solar energy consultations, designing custom solar solutions, presenting proposals, and closing sales. The Solar Sales Team Leader will also oversee the installation process and ensure exceptional customer service throughout.

- Proven experience in Solar Sales and Team Leadership
- Expertise in conducting in-depth solar energy consultations and designing custom solar solutions
- Demonstrated ability to close sales and meet targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Knowledge of solar energy industry trends and regulations
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a remote and hybrid team environment
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Compensation Breakdown
Think of this less as a sales management role, and more like a high-impact partnership that can shift your career trajectory in some amazing ways. We believe brilliant work deserves outstanding rewards. While our sales reps already enjoy an industry-leading commission split (75% of every sale's margin), as a Sales Team Leader, you'll earn a highly competitive 80/20 split on all personal deals. Additionally, you'll receive:
- A 5% override from each sale made by members of your assigned team (up to 10 reps)
With these lucrative earnings, you're looking at on-target earnings north of $500,000/year.
