Solar Sales - Remote

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our solar energy products and services to residential and commercial customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for renewable energy and a desire to make a positive impact on the environment.

Duties:
- Conduct virtual sales presentations to potential customers
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and our products
- Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Use Salesforce CRM system to track sales activities and manage customer information
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Attend sales meetings, trainings, and industry events

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Solar Sales or energy sales is preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $98,005.52 - $300,000.00 per year
