We are looking to hire a rock-star Sales Manager for our *new* Stamford and Westchester territory. A good opportunity to get into a growing business on the ground level with significant options for growth.
As the Sales Manager you’re responsible to run all aspects of the business, including sales, operations, customer satisfaction, and align with the company's goals and standards.
Candidates must have strong sales, communication, customer-service abilities and have a passion for winning.
We are family-owned with a track record of success.
Compensation:
- Earn 7-8% of what you sell
- Weekly draw of $1,100
- Company supplied truck with gas card
- Company supplied cell phone.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide customers estimates
- Hiring & managing a team of contracted painters
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate painting projects from “approval” to “completion”.
- Follow up on all estimates weekly.
- Develop a referral partner network to generate leads.
- Comfortable door knocking
Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience
- Qualify customer and provide estimates according to the customer's needs.
- Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, driven with a SUCCESS mindset.
- Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in the use of a personal computer/cell phone and software programs.
- Ability to sell door to door and to commercial clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
