State Solar offers consumers a variety of Solar solutions to help reduce their energy bill in a geo friendly way.
The Solar Sales Consultant will work assisting customers through warm in-bound leads and walk them through the sales process from discovery to close.
Responsibilities:
- Cold canvas assigned territories (Door Knocking)
- Build rapport and leverage customer relationships with existing and potential consumers with the goal of meeting customer needs.
- Analyze consumer specific situations and provide the appropriate solution by advising consumers as to the appropriate solution
- Close a customer specific customized solution
- Convert leads generated and provided by company initiatives
- Appropriately answer customer objections and questions.
- Deliver an accurate description of product and/or service to customers
- Maintains a high level of service with customers and meets performance targets
Qualifications:
- Excel in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and follow up with multiple customers and work on multiple deals each day.
- Solar Sales Experience
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Exhibits a passion and commitment to customer service by consistently delivering top-tier support to every customer.
Compensation:
- Commission only, when hitting targets reps earn between 10-20k/month
