Currently needing to fill the positions of Closers and Openers.

- This position is completely virtual, a work from home position. We provide you with all the softwares to be successful, you just need a computer, tablet and cellphone. Our system is app based where you can stay plugged in via your phone when you are out of your office. I do recommend having at least a computer or tablet to truly be successful. Utilizing only the mobile app is not ideal. You will be given a phone number within our system, you do not need to use your own number.

How our system works.

- We spend several hundred thousand dollars a month on ads to provide the best leads to our sales reps. WE DO NOT BUY AGED DATA! These leads are exclusive and go round robin to our openers who then work those leads and set up appointments for our closers to close the deal. All openers are eligible if they so choose to move over to the closing side and we have an entire training process to do so. Our openers still make multiple six figures without having to close a deal.

Our closers are given multiple pre set appointments every single day. These appointments are vetted, qualified and eager to learn about their solar proposal. We use an easy proposal tool that has everything built inside of it. From usage to quoting to the proposal tool, qualifying and sending contracts all in one. We are the actual installer with over 300 employees on the operations side. We want you to worry about what you are good at closing! Not making sure your deal gets installed, we have an entire team in place for that side of things with over 10 years of experience in installation. If you already have solar experience then you know the headache it can be trying to close deals and perform operations.

Training

- We have an onboarding system to get you up to speed on solar and how our system works. We then have an entire library of training videos you have access to from day 1. You can also listen to any of our previous sales calls for additional training. Then we have a training zoom every single day Monday - Friday to continue your education and keep you up to speed on the industry as well as whats going on in the solar world. You will also have a manager who will provide 1 on 1s with you, listen to your calls, track KPIs to help you succeed at the highest level.

System Insights

1. We have ChatGPT 4 (artificial intelligence ) inside of our CRM helping book discovery appointments for our team.

2. We have an entire team in Mexico calling leads booking discovery appointments for our team.

3. Inside of our sales funnel we ask every client if they would like to book a discovery appointment with one of our associates. All discovery appointments go round robin to whoever is available at that time on our team.

4. We have a ton of unique automations and one of the most advanced systems for sales, marketing and operations in the solar industry today.
