Solar Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Solar Consultant to join our team. As a Solar Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers. Duties:

- Conduct outside sales activities, including door-to-door visits, to generate leads and secure new customers

- Educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and our company's products and services

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and close sales

- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project implementation

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or questions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in solar technology

- Multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base

Skills:

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry

- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and meet sales targets

- Technical sales knowledge to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner

- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for lead management and reporting

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate others

Pay: $106,272.00 - $126,215.00 per year
